Being a nanny's helper

Yesterday, I was having a great time spending my evening at the day care. I went there when the kids were having lunch. I joined them. Miss Susie introduced me to the kids. I was surprised yet very happy because they can say my name correctly! Yay!! Even some Malay teachers in my school, (Chung Hwa), couldn't say my name correctly at the first time. Well, children are smarter than adults nowadays.

Instantly, the kids joined me and played along.  We even went to the farm to feed the animals. When Aunt Susie was taking down the Christmas tree, Ethan, Ryan and Kira tangled me with the lights. I was a Christmas tree!! We played quiz and games together, after the younger kids went for a nap. I even had a chance to hold young Layla, fed her milk and baby food.  To me, it was easy to take care of kids. I used to do that a lot when I was in Malaysia because I was one of the eldest grand child at home.

The next day, the kids were very happy to see me again. This time, I went there earlier, so I helped Aunt Susie preparing their food. We played again after lunch. This time, I turned into a Tickle Monster. Haha..  It was really fun. All of them, 5 in total, stacked on me when I pretended to be defeated and collapsed. While in the evening, Ryan and Ethan played "Guess Who?" with me. They "attacked" me so that they could peek on my card and win the game. Cheating!! Well, what can I do? They are kids anyway.. So I was running everywhere, rolling on the ground, twisting my card here and there, which made them thought that I knew magic! It was really fun, and tiring too..

It's very nice to take care of kids. I love that. I always do. Thanks to Miss Susie, my 1st friend in the US, who gave me this opportunity to spend my time wisely, to make friends with local kids and most of all, to learn to speak English more fluently, by start chit-chatting with kids and her.

P/s No photos taken today, sorry, or it'll be pretty funny..
